On Monday, 5th October 2026, IGRAO had the opportunity to participate in the launch of the School Design System by HUSA Systemic Transformation Foundation , an approach designed to help children not only learn how to read and write, but also begin to understand how learning can connect with earning, family wellbeing, and everyday life.
For us at IGRAO, this is more than an education system. A child’s education cannot be separated from the life of the family that supports that child. When a family struggles to meet basic needs, a child’s ability to remain in school and learn is also affected.
Strengthening Our 2027 Vision: The “Home to School Livelihood” Model
This experience has strengthened our vision for 2027, as IGRAO plans to develop and introduce a similar approach through our “Home to School Livelihood” model.

Our Belief & Core Commitment
Our belief is simple:
“Home livelihoods are the backbone of the school going child.”
We want to support vulnerable children to read, write, and learn, while at the same time helping families develop practical livelihood opportunities that can make it easier for children to stay in school and learn with dignity.
Our 2027 vision is therefore not only about putting a child in a classroom. It is about looking at the whole child, the family, and the community.
Uplifting Every Child
“I can read. I can write. I can learn. I can create. I can earn. And I can help build a better future for my family.”
