The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the organization and is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing daily operations, managing staff and resources, mobilizing funds, building partnerships, and ensuring that the organization fulfills its mission, vision, and strategic objectives. The Executive Director is accountable to the Board of Directors.

The Programme Officer is responsible for coordinating the planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of IGRAO's programmes and projects.

The Finance and Administration Officer is responsible for managing the organization's financial resources, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets and financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and overseeing administrative operations to support the effective implementation of the organization's programs.

MEAL Officer

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer is responsible for designing and managing systems that monitor project performance, measure results, ensure accountability to beneficiaries and donors, and promote organizational learning. The MEAL Officer supports evidence-based decision-making and helps improve the quality and impact of the organization's programs.

The Education and Skills Focal Person is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring education and vocational skills development programs. The role aims to improve access to quality education, life skills, vocational training, and employment opportunities for children, youth, women, and vulnerable community members.

Livelihood & Economic Empowerment Officer

The Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring livelihood and economic empowerment programs that improve household income, employment, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance among refugees and host communities.

Child Protection Officer

The Children Protection Officer is responsible for coordinating and implementing IGRAO's child protection and safeguarding activities to ensure that children are protected from abuse, neglect, exploitation, violence, discrimination, and other forms of harm.

Communication Manager

The Communication Manager is responsible for developing and implementing IGRAO's communication and visibility strategy. The Communication Manager also manages IGRAO's official communication channels, including social media platforms, website, newsletters, publications, photographs, videos, and other communication materials.

Gender and Safeguarding Officer

The Gender and Safeguarding Officer is responsible for promoting gender equality, inclusion, dignity, protection, and safeguarding across all IGRAO programmes and operations. The Officer ensures that women, men, girls, boys, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups can participate safely and meaningfully in IGRAO activities without discrimination, exploitation, abuse, harassment, or violence.
