Legal Status & Formation

Official Name: INCLUSIVE RESILIENCE AND OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT GLOBAL REFUGEES ACTIONS ORGANISATION (IGRAO) / IROD GLOBAL REFUGEES ACTIONS ORGANISATION

Formation History: Founded on 30th July 2018 (Originally Mukarange Community Tree Nursery Association - MCTNA, transitioned to IGRAO to reflect broader impact).

Headquarters: Kyebitaka, Block 04, Kyangwali Refugee Settlement, Kyangwali Sub-County, Kikuube District, Uganda (P.O BOX 492262 Hoima).

Regulatory Compliance: Fully registered non-profit RLO with the National NGO Bureau of Uganda.

Non-Distribution Constraint: IGRAO's income and assets are used exclusively to further its non-profit humanitarian objectives. No part of assets will benefit private interests.
